2:30 PM - 5:30 PM INCORPORATING COUNTER DRONE TECHNOLOGY INTO INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEMS

The rapidly increasing popularity of drones, of all shapes and sizes, has brought to light an assortment
of new security threats. These small remote-controlled devices have already been involved in plenty of
airborne chaos and spying activities around the world. They have become dangerous to government entities,
commercial sites and public safety, and security specialists are now exploring immediate solutions. Drones
have been used as weapons in war zones, armed with grenades, guns and explosives but what is the real
threat and probability of attack to our day to day lives and how should we correctly prevent each drone.
In this session, G4S will provide real life experience about the different threats posed by drones and will chair
an interactive seminar, looking at a variety of industries and subject matter, delivered by global specialists
on how counter-drone solutions can be incorporated into security solutions correctly. As the future
implementation of counter drone technology and solutions will, in many cases, be managed by integrated
security companies such as G4S, it is vitally important to look at knowing all the facts and delivering the right
effects based on an individual businesses risks, threats and likelihood of drone attacks.
